Accident & Health International  - Travel

Accident & Health International require the completion of a claim form together with a quote or invoice for the repair/replacement of the items being claimed. An assessor will be appointed for large losses.

 

Allianz Insurance Australia Ltd

Tele-Claims - Property &  Commercial (08) 9422 8412

Allianz have the facility to lodge incidents over the phone on (08) 9422 8411 for all motor vehicle claims. Allianz generally requires either a booking date for repairs through a preferred repairer, or one quote.

Property/Commercial claims can also be lodged over the phone on (08) 9422 8412.

An assessor will be appointed for large losses.

All Glass Claims - Contact O'Brien Glass on 13 16 16 and they shall handle the claim for you. You do need to provide your policy number.

 

Associated Marine

Associated Marine requires the completion of a claim form together with a quote for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

Australian Unity

Australian Unity requires the completion of a claim form together with 2 quotes for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

CGU

CGU have the facility to Tele-Lodge incidents over the phone on 1300 657 119 for all Retail (Domestic) insurances. CGU generally require 2 quotes for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for large claims.

Wholesale (Commercial) claims such as Commercial Strata and Business Package claims (excluding Liability) can be lodged over the phone on (08) 9264 2564. All other commercial claims require the completion of a claim form.

 

CHU

CHU claims require the completion of a claim form together with a quote for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for large losses.

 

CHUBB

CHUBB require the completion of a claim form for Travel insurance together with a quote/invoice for the repair/replacement of the items being claimed.

Domestic claims can be lodged over the phone on (03) 9242 5172 or (03) 9242 5111. An assessor will generally be appointed for large losses.

 

CIL - Caravan

CIL -  Caravan have the facility to Tele-Lodge incidents over the phone on 1800 112 481 24 hours/7 days a week. CIL generally require 1 quote for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for large losses.

 

CLUB MARINE

Club Marine requires the completion of a claim form together with 2 quotes for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for large losses.

 

COVER - MORE TRAVEL

Cover - More Travel require the completion of a claim form together with associated documentation such as medical, dental & additional expenses.

 

EIG - ANSVAR

EIG - Ansvar requires the completion of a claim form together with a quote to repair. An assessor will be appointed for large claims.

LUMLEY

Lumley require the completion of a cliam form together with 1 quote for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for large claims.

 

MANSIONS

Mansions require the completion of a claim form together with 2 quotes for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

MB PRESTIGE

MB Prestige require the completion of a claim form together with 2 quotes for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

NAUTILUS

Nautilus requires the completion of a claim form together with a quote to repair/replace. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

NTI

NTI have the facility to lodge incidents over the phone 24/7 at the time of an accident on 1800 684 669 for all claims. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

QBE

QBE require the completion of a claim form together with 1 quote for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

SPORTSCOVER

Sportscover has the facility to telelodge all claims over the phone by calling 1300 134 956

 

ST GEORGE

St George requires the completion of a claim form along with 1 quote for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

SUNCORP

Suncorp has the facility to lodge claims over the phone on 132 524 for Domestic, Commercial and Motor insurances. Suncorp require 1 quote for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

TORQUE

Torque requires the completion of a claim form together with 1 quote for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

UAA

UAA requires the completion of a claim form together with a quote for repairs. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

UNIQUE

Unique requires the completion of a claim form together with a quote for repairs. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

WESFARMERS

Wesfarmers require the completion of a claim form for ALL claims along with a quote to repair/replace items claimed. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

VERO

Vero have the facility to lodge claims over the phone on 1300 888 073 for Domestic & Commercial claims including Motor Vehicle. Vero generally require 1 quote for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses.

 

ZURICH

Zurich requires the completion of a claim form together with 2 quotes for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for larger losses
